matcharadar helps people find good matcha. by creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms — they're short on purpose.
your account
you need to be 13 or older. keep your password to yourself, and let us know if you spot suspicious activity on your account.
what you post
reviews, photos and pins you share belong to you. by posting, you give us a license to display them inside matcharadar. please don't post:
- spam, fake reviews or paid promotion you didn't disclose
- hateful, harassing or illegal content
- other people's photos or content without permission
we may hide or remove anything that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that keep breaking them.
Community Standards
MatchaRadar enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or the exploitation of minors.
You may report any review, reply, or user profile that you believe violates these standards, and you may block any user to immediately remove their content from your feed and prevent further interaction. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and content or accounts determined to violate these standards will be removed or suspended within twenty-four (24) hours of the report.
Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent termination of the offending account. Determinations made by our moderation team are final.
the service, as-is
opening hours, prices and cafe info come from our community and may be wrong. double-check before you travel. we keep the app running but can't promise it's always available or bug-free.
changes
if we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app. continuing to use matcharadar after that means you accept the new version.
